Tentacle Kitty Retailer Pledge Terms

By pledging for the Tentacle Kitty Retailer Pledge you hereby agree to the following terms.

• Eligibility
  • This pledge level is only valid for retailers with physical, public facing, storefronts from which they regularly and/or traditionally sell goods.
  • Strictly online retailers, “group pledges”, and buying clubs will NOT qualify for eligibility.
• Proof of Eligibility & Registration
  • The following proof of eligibility will be collected via retail survey upon completion of the campaign and will need to be submitted before receiving and finalizing your pledge manager:
    • Verifiable Store Name, Address, Phone Number
    • Business License/Registration
    • EIN/Tax ID Number
  • Registered Retailers
    • Once verified, registered retailers will be invited to have their store and contact information listed on our new store location list coming soon to our website. We will also send promotional posters and shelf signage for FREE. We will send this with your items!
      • We have never created this before and may want to talk with you about what kind of designs work well in store.
    • Retailers unable to register by survey deadline will not be granted access to the Retailer Pledge Manager
  • Retail Order Window
    • We will allow you to order through the Retailer Pledge Manager for an additional 30 days after the Kickstarter ends.
  • Products & Pricing
    • We will update this list soon. Products will be appx 50% of Retail Price.
  • Deposit & Payment
    • Your $30 retailer pledge will be attributed to your Campaign Critters pledge manager as a credit towards your complete order.
    • Orders may be finalized at any time, we will collect payment on finalized orders through backerkit once your order has been produced and is in route our fulfillment center.
  • Shipping
    • Shipping rates will be found in the retailer pledge manager.
  • Distribution Embargo
    • Tentacle Kitty will hold off the street date of Campaign Critters collection until all orders from the Kickstarter have shipped, excluding backers with incomplete surveys, outstanding invoices, or reshipments of missing & lost orders.
  • Breach
    • Failure to adhere to the above terms of the Campaign Critters Retailer Pledge Level, including failure to provide verifiable proof of eligibility, will result in the cancelation of any orders placed and surrender of your pledge deposit.
